As Technical Manager of a global application development team, I oversaw multiple applications and IBM-owned business processes, ensuring both stability and alignment with customer needs. Additionally, I led the implementation of new IT tooling for Global HR within Kyndryl, simplifying the landscape and decommissioned legacy applications. Additionally, I led the Global Application Dispositioning work-stream, collaborating closely with Kyndryl's third-party clients (including Aon, Workday, and KPMG) to implement the new IT tooling. I ensured transparent reporting of project status to the CHRO of Kyndryl, maintaining simultaneous coordination with various departments such as Global HR, HR Tech, and Procurement.

As the first-line manager of a global application development team, I had diverse responsibilities. These included overseeing data warehouses, big data initiatives, ETL processes, and report generation. I also took charge of managing employees' career progression, prioritizing application stabilization, and guaranteeing the delivery of new functionalities in accordance with our customers' needs. Additionally, in my role as a project manager, I led the setup process for the new spin-off company Kyndryl, paying particular attention to application segmentation.

As a team leader, assuming ownership of a new Java application while simultaneously delivering new functionalities. I conducted interviews with prospective software developer candidates for the project. Additionally, I fulfilled the role of the team Scrum Master, setting achievable goals such as implementing the ElasticSearch search engine and delivering aggregated skill-based evidence data for our customers. Notably, we conducted a project workshop in Prague and successfully implemented Agile methodology throughout the end-to-end application development process.

My responsibilities included extracting, transforming, and loading all global HR data. Additionally, I played a key role as a technical business analyst, assisting our business and developers in delivering required functionalities on time.

In an Agile environment, I focused on crafting multiple Java test scripts for a JavaEE web application. My responsibilities included precise test management, code debugging, and strategic planning of development tasks during agile sprints. Noteworthy, I presented our project at IBM HQ in Somers, New York, to senior leadership, including the CIO.
