Phyllis is a native Louisvillian with over 25 years of customer relationship management experience. Twenty of those years have been spent in the IT industry where she started out as the resident CAD specialist at Entre' Computer Center. From there, she moved on to the SMB sector and worked for the Computer Shoppe until it was bought out by ComputerLand, which later became Pomeroy Computer Resources. At Pomeroy, Phyllis worked on the KETS team at the onset of KERA and spent the remainder of her tenure growing Pomeroy's relationship with the KFC account through the Tricon transformation and even into the YUM! Brands giant. After resting for a couple of years, she dabbled in marketing at a friends' construction accounting company and then landed at 2trg where she endeavored to educate the Louisville market on both responsible and secure electronic recycling. She enjoyed learning to Live Smart, via marketing Living Smart Software that helps people protect and care for their loved ones throughout planned and unplanned events in their lives. She then moved on to the University of Louisville for an administrative assistant role to the Vice Chair of Family Medicine and Director of Clinical Operations in the School of Medicine's Department of Family & Geriatric Medicine, promoting to Chair's Assistant for her last 2 years in that department. Phyllis joined the Office of Faculty Affairs and Advancement in early 2016 where she is the assistant to the Vice Dean of Faculty Affairs for UL School of Medicine, along with her coordination role in that office.Specialties: Business Communication, Relationship Building, Relationship Management, Event Coordination
