RCBI is an economic development initiative to bring advanced manufacturing to small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in West Virginia. While employed by RCBI, I• Initiated JTPA training program for displaced workers: • Successfully obtained JTPA funding in response to RFP to train displaced works in CAD/CAM; robotics, CNC and Wire EDM • Secured qualified instructors from the community and Marshall University • Acquired hiring commitment from local employers for graduates of the training program Other responsibilities included creating and managing program offerings; training, workshops, seminars in ISO 9000 and Quality ManagementAccomplishments: Developed displaced worker training program for advanced manufacturing skills. Coordinated and managed various quality and ISO initiatives for RCBI customers.
