Subcontract Administrator
- Oversees and manages associated subcontracts; reviews of contractual progress; in addition to management of both financial and technical aspects of the contracts; negotiation with subcontractors for contract settlement.
- Facilitates every activity of a proposal from cradle to grave in the Federal government space.
- Develops, negotiates and administers subcontract agreements of moderate dollar value, risk, and complexity, consistent with client requirements and procurement policies/procedures.
- Creates complex solicitations, conducts price and cost analysis, and negotiates price/cost and price/cost-related terms and other subcontract provisions.
- Analyzes and estimates costs and negotiates specifications/statement of work, price, date of delivery and other contractual and licensing provisions with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conducts negotiations of terms and conditions to various agreements including Nondisclosure Agreement, Teaming Agreement, and Subcontract Agreements.
