I love my full time job at Carrollton Orthopaedics, I work with an amazing group of people and enjoy taking care of patients. But about 2 1/2 years ago my best friend introduced me to a skin care line that transformed my skin! So I decided to take a leap of faith and I partnered with the doctors of Proactiv Solution, I lead a team of entrepreneurs to achieve time freedom and lifetime residual income through their home-based skincare business. Rodan + Fields was founded in 2002 by Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields. The products were launched into the high end retail space where they successfully gained attention and notoriety for five years. It was during this time that the company developed a very loyal customer base. In 2007 the doctors made the bold move to pull out of stores altogether and leverage their brand reputation and the word-of-mouth advertising that had already been responsible for much of the growth of the company. In the fall of 2008 the company launched into the direct sales space with the goal of not only redefining the way the company did business, but also redefining the industry as a whole. Rodan + Fields is considered the darling of the direct selling world and has received numerous awards for Excellence in Sales Force Development, Product Innovation and Technology Innovation from the Direct Selling Association. It is now the second largest premium skincare line in the United States.
