CurrentA versatile administrative role, where I get to do work with different tasks / departments. Seeing the company from different angles - how is the company perceived externally and internally - and adjusting the communication accordingly. I am part of the company's Management Group where we work with company vision / mission, goals and overall strategy.Sales: Responsible for spare part sales and safety equipment. Involved in all steps from customer enquiry to shipping. Purchasing: Ensuring that the right parts are on stock, Negotiating, ordering and expediting purchase orders. Documentation: Responsible for all documentation / manuals delivered to customer-specified units in co-operation with Product Development Department. This involves constructing the manuals, getting certificates, drawings, manuals etc. from suppliers, composing documents (such as; spare part list) and merging it into a finished manual to the customer. Quality: Up-dating and maintaining quality system, certified to ISO 9001:2015. This include;, among other things, internal audits, up-dating internal processes and yearly external audit by 3rd party. IT: Up-dating of company web-site, writing and posting company up-dates on Facebook and LinkedIn. Followers of LinkedIn page has gone from approx. 2.500 to more than 7.000 during the last 6 years.
