As an independent contractor operating under Kate Wilson Consulting Inc., I was signed to exclusivity with Selkirk Sport, the leading brand in pickleball, where I established and managed strategic partnerships that fostered mutually beneficial relationships with organizations, influencers, and communities. I led contract negotiations and extensions with professional sponsored athletes and influencers, ensuring all agreements aligned with Selkirk's mission and values.I spearheaded high-impact collaborations with notable partners, including Nike US Sports Camps and Swimply, enhancing value across the pickleball ecosystem.
