I have developed a strong skillset for consuming user feedback, balancing this against product leadership initiatives, and producing a roadmap for my development teams. What I do well:• Extensive experience using Agile principles to take software products and features from concepts to market.• Adept at analyzing processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains enabling cost and time savings.• Comfortable working across organizations, teams, and enterprises to meet goals, initiatives, and to communicate new features and critical information.• Listening to users and what they have to say is critical in the development of any new or existing product, and I will always listen first.I pride myself in my ability to problem solve and collaborate while keeping the user and their experience in mind, and this has been highlighted throughout my career. My engineering background has given me a strong foundation for these kinds of challenges.
