Experienced in order management, collections, and understanding of UCC and logistics.

• Independently completing task throughout shift such as washing, chopping, and storing vegetables for future use in the restaurant.• Coordinating with other team members to meet present needs of the restaurant in a timely manner.

• Overseeing and facilitating the use of over $10,000 in assets into production processes.• Proactively discovering new cliental bases in 50-mile radius to sell business agreements to via phone call / in person. To negotiate perspective deals at a minimum of $5,500.• Spearheading pre-production, production, and post-production with the possibility of outsourcing labor to maximize customer satisfaction and optimize a unique and gripping final product.• Mindfully tracking invoices and receipts to be ethical and conscious of equipment and time used in the production process.• Managing all financial accounts
