Job Duties : 1. Research and evaluation: Sourcing, testing and evaluating various new solutions. Choosing suitable solution for product development. Project costing. Interface with suppliers and manufacturers.2. Circuit design and PCB layout: Circuit design and PCB layout using CAD software (Altium). Working with mechanical engineer to ensure PCBs mechanically fitted with enclosures. Working with firmware engineer for Micro-controller programming.3. Programming: DSP programming on signal routing, filtering, decoding, sampling rate conversion. Mobile applications testing and managing apps in App Store.4. Prototype building, testing and debugging: Bringing up prototype, testing and specifications verification.5. Pre-production, Mass production verification: Define testing spec and quality documents for QC team for inspection. Pre-production unit testing and verification.6. Safety approvals: Ensuring proper ground separation and use of EMI/ EMC suppression components in design stage. Liaise with laboratory for EMC pre-scan, corrections and approvals applications.Project/ Product involved: Hi-Fi DLNA/ UPnP wireless audio streamer. Mobile applications for iOS and Android on phone and tablet platform. High-power class-D amp active speakers. High quality audio processing with DSP up to 24-bit/192kHz. HDMI ARC/ CEC. Bluetooth audio streaming with apt-X codec. Network-controlled multi-zone amplifier. NFC. Dolby Digital decoding. USB Audio.

Job Duties:1. Project Management: - Prepare project definitions and design product ID. Work with mechanical/ electronic/ software/ electro-acoustic engineers to built engineering sample. - Cooperate with 3rd party factories, solution providers or software companies for product development- Testing, trouble-shooting, BOM review, costing, and reporting of product. Safety certificates, pilot run production, user manual writing and artwork approval before mass production.- Attending production meeting, online inspection, and final inspection.2. Marketing support:- Work with sales and marketing team to perform research and analyze products in the market for new product direction.- Prepare product features, work with designer for product overview and other marketing materials.- Prepare product list for local/ overseas exhibitions. Booth design, samples arrangement, booth setup and product presentation in the exhibitions.- Company website management, contents update, working with out-source service provide for website updates3. IT/ Computer Support inside company:- Website and E-mail system Administrating, Computer MaintenanceProject/ Product involved : Speakers, Mixers, Amplifiers, Turntables, CD Players, MP3 solution, Apple MFI solution, Wireless Audio (2.4GHz, Bluetooth), NFC, MCU, iOS Applications.
