Lead an I&D team (>50 engineers) in HK & Shenzhen and developed home/portable/connected AV products, including wireless speakers, iPhone docking/Airplay audio, in-car audio, mini/micro audio system, smart home and accessories, etc.. Responsible for budget/resource planning, product development, process/competence improvement and I&D site (in SZ) general management.

Lead a R&D team (>40 engineers, including Elec.,Mech. and SW) in HK & Shenzhen and developed PDA, electronic communicator and OEM/ODM projects, organized multi-sites/parties software development and transferred knowledge from oversea customer. Responsible for R&D team management, product development, process improvement and production support.

Lead a hardware engineering team (>20 engineers) in HK & China and developed digital still camera, digital voice recorder, PDA, and ODM projects. Responsible for team competence, product development and production support.
