I pilot projects and administrate Oracle HCM solution. Below my main activities - deliver the settings on Oracle HCM to run the HR Cycle (goals / perf / dev interview / talent management) to reach HR stakes - implement journey / checklist for pre boarding to ease candidate ' experiences & save time for HR colleagues- implement interfaces to spread employee data to make IT architecture more robust - launch actions plan to improve quality of data - assist and support my colleagues on the daily usage of the solution

I had the chance to pilot the various back & front office projects : - Roll outs CRM Salesforce in Northern Europe (100 users) & Middle East & Africa (100 users). - Build Credit Management solution DSO Suite for France company (15 users). - Build Project Portfolio Management solution MS Project to master Resources Capacity & Projects deliveries in the Somfy IT department (150 users). - Build data migrations solution DSP ADM to migrate data from BAAN to S/4 Hana(SAP) for the group. - Build and roll out pricing solution Zilliant for the Group- Build and roll out archiving solution Doxis4 for the Group
