- Manage and monitor all the operations activities of the, Multi Client (21Clients) warehouse facility (40000 square meter). Ensure that division are running effectively and efficiently, this includes below but not limited to:- This includes a staff compliment of 120. My passion is to work with my staff and ensure we have synergies through the entire facility. Optimization is key to our success. - Ensure overheads are managed and budgets are achieved. Huge focus on financials and achieve favourable results and ensure our Profit and Loss (P&L) are being managed.- Constant drive to increase revenue and reduce overheads. - Health and Safety requirements are met and that all staff constantly are complying with HSE rules and regulations.- DSV is an international company, hence I must ensure that work is of the highest quality, image of the company is met with international standards and staff take client requirements into consideration. Ensure that all staff are acting professionally and ethical.-HR: Ensuring all aspects of human resource management is implemented – leave, recruitment and interviews of all new staff. Issuing of verbal, written and final warnings. - Business Development: Develop market through building customer relations and new opportunities. - Manage and monitor all the operations activities of the Transport Cooling and MDF divisions activities undertaken by Gauteng branch and surrounding areas. - 30 Field Service Engineers, Workshop Manager, Field Technician Manager, Branch Administrator Controller, Site Supervisor, Admin team and Apprentice program.- Ensure overheads are managed and budgets are achieved. Focus on financials and achieve results and profit margins. - Constant drive to increase revenue and reduce overheads. - Health and Safety requirements are met and receive regular technical training. - Ensure that work is of the highest quality, image of the division is met with international standards and staff take client requirements into consideration. -Ensure that all staff are acting professionally and ethical.- Manage a fleet of 25 vehicles, constant tracking of vehicles is done to ensure there are no deviation from scheduled work. - Monitor monthly expenditure on vehicles (fuel, e-tags, maintenance etc)- Manage Vehicle Maintenance, ensure that all vehicles are maintained as per the maintenance schedule and that all ancillary equipment is maintained and fully functional at all times. - HR: Ensuring all aspects of human resource management is implemented - leave, recruitment and interviews of all new start for my division. Issuing of verbal, written and final warnings. Chaired hearings as well as complainant in hearings. - Business Development: Develop market through building customer relations and new opportunities. - Manage and monitor all the operations activities of the JHB Hub.- Tracking of all trucks to plan receiving procedure. - Receiving Dept: Receiving freight from inhouses (clients), ad-hoc clients, regional freight and returns. Total trucks daily = 70 – 100. Receiving team of 200 staff. Ensure that seals on trailer match vehicle dispatch paper.- Dispatch Dept: Loading of Local and Regional vehicles (90 – 120). Dispatch team of 45 staff. Ensure that routes are planned correctly and each vehicle do have a mobile tracking device and that all vehicles are sealed and details captured.- Linehaul Dept: Loading of Linehaul vehicles (15 – 20). Dept consist of 38 staff members, which load according to linehaul schedule and trailers sealed with a mobile tracking device inside.- Managing of managers, supervisors and all staff in each dept. Focusing on efficiency and that time lines are met. - Security and managing of theft inside the JHB Hub. Viewing of CCTV footage of the whole hub and loading bays.

Branch Manager: RTT (Pinnacle Micro Africa): - Manage and lead the team to ensure the provision of a cost-effective profitable service levels.- Oversee deliveries nationally as well as reverse logistics. - Distribution and provide logistical solutions to Pinnacle Micro.- Manage and lead the distribution/courier team to facilitate the contract nationally. - Weekly and monthly meetings with Pinnacle Management.- Compilation of all procedures and job descriptions pertinent to the contract manage and control delivery vehicles per day. - Overseeing compliment of 8 in-house staff, 10 drivers & 10 assistants and 2 control room controllers.- Inhouse control room with constant vehicle tracking. Manage tracking of vehicles - ensure that all vehicle movements are tracked at all times, any deviation from route are reported. - Pinnacle has grown to the extent that RTT has gain 4 more divisions within Pinnacle group. I am overseeing these divisions as well: Datanet = Network equipment, cables, sever cabinets Sharp = Repair centre for Sharp printers and delivery of all new and repaired printers Axiz Workgroup = Distribution centre, with 10 vehicles and in-house staff Infrasol = Repair centre, doing collection and delivery of repaired unitsVarious other roles within RTT:- Implementation & Solutions manager- Project manager (Handheld Technology)- Operations Manager: RTT (Nashua Mobile)
