About Piers Phillips

I have been in the profesional motorsport industry for over 20 years in various disciplines from British Formula 3 through to WEC, Le Mans and IndyCar Management.I have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing individual and some exillarating programs including life long goals of victory at the Le Mans 24hrs, Daytona, Indianpolis 500 and many many more.Having worked in various Manufacturer based programs across Europe as either a Chief Engineer or a Leadership role I have an understanding of Brand awareness and the standards and demands thatthis imposes.I very much enjoy the people side of racing and the challenge of generating an engaging and enjoyable culture whilst achieving goals and success.Looking forward to the next 20 years :-)
