Bij NS Reizigers had ik een dubbelfunctie bij het team Change & Innovatie en het team Multichannelstrategie voor NS Commercie , waarbij ik in verschillende rollen betrokken ben geweest bij de volgende zaken;- Ontwikkeling Multichannelstrategie NS Commercie. (nadruk lag hier sterk op het bewaken van de voortgang van het strategieproces, het laten aansluiten van betrokken afdelingen en bedrijfsonderdelen, en bewaken van de kwaliteit van de inhoud)- Inhoudelijk bewaker Multichannel programma management- Social Media en NS. (studie en advies op hooflijnen)- Projectleider onderzoekspilot "inbound sales" bij NSKlantenservice- Opbouw/trekken implementatie Verbetermanagement bij Klantenservice (zowel in de operatie als bij de stafafdeling)- Opbouw/trekken project inrichting processen en versie beheer bij Klantenservice (voorverkenning, opstellen requirements, voorbereiding keuzeset IT systeem)- Projectleider formulieren online (PDF, Webform, online aanvragen)

The three-masted topsail schooner ‘Oosterschelde’ is the last remaining representative of the large fleet of schooners that sailed under the Dutch flag at the beginning of the 20th century. As the largest restored Dutch sailing ship the ‘Oosterschelde’ is a monument for Dutch shipbuilding and maritime navigation under sail. She now sails worldwide in the search for new adventures and yaw dropping sceneries.One of the trips I made was from Rotterdam via Rio de Janerio, the Falkland islands, and the antarctic islands such as South Georgia and South Sandwich islands.
