Currently a Business Opportunity Manager in Shell’s Low Carbon Fuels organization (Advanced Biofuels), I lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex issues related to bio- and synthetic fuels projects, with the ultimately goal to see low carbon fuels deployed at scale and to make a meaningful contribution the Energy Transition. I have 20+ years of industry experience, with proven success in functional leadership across different geographic settings, in multi-disciplined and multi-cultural (including virtual) teams. I have a strong track record of delivery in different types of teams and roles, and has demonstrated the ability to work seamlessly with a wide arrange of internal and external partners, despite high levels of complexity and uncertainty, agile in applying skills to new challenges and in new environments. My commercial track record includes several projects and opportunities in the Low Carbon Fuels space, both fully Shell-owned opportunities and joint development with external partners (external technology providers and/or equity partners). A proactive and effective communicator with great interpersonal and facilitation skills and a calm and deliberate approach, I easily and successfully build and maintain productive and durable relationships.
