After ACI acquired S1 Corporation, I continued in my role as head of our business unit’s Services organization. My team continues to excel and was able to exceed our 2012 goals to migrate more than 40 customers to our new Internet Banking platform.

After the Mosaic acquisition, the company decided to build a new Internet Banking system for mid-sized banks and credit unions. I was asked to lead the Services team with a main goal to migrate more than 300 of our customers from a legacy platform to our new SaaS-based system.These projects required a highly skilled team of project managers and engineers who had to work closely with development and data center teams.During this period, my team consistently met or exceeded the goals set by our executive team. The president of our business unit also asked me to build a new training team. This team was responsible for the creation of eLearning content for both our customers and internal staff. These high-quality training modules are still used today on a consistent basis and receive great reviews.During this period, I worked closely with both our Product- and Development Managers in order to define road-maps, provide strategic direction and set pricing.Part of my accomplishments included the design of a PayPal switch that would enable various business units (including Online banking, Payment systems and Mobile Banking systems) to forward money from a bank account to another recipient’s email address or cell phone number.S1 was acquired by ACI Worldwide in 2012.

I joined Mosaic Software in 1994 as a software developer when it was a start-up company. I was one of the first 6 employees and I helped to grow Mosaic to a world-wide market leader in the Payments and EFT industry. The products and services of Mosaic were targeted for financial institutions and retailers. It provided them with Debit & Gift Card management, the driving of ATMs and Point-of-Sale devices and a world class transactions-switching engine (Postilion).Since 2000, I reported directly to the CEO and was in charge of US Operations. Some of our clients during this period were 7Eleven and American Express. By 2004 Mosaic grew to a company with 250 employees and offices on 4 continents. Some of my accomplishment during this period was to build a high-performance team of software developers and project managers. This team hardly missed any deadlines and consistently received a customer satisfaction rating of 8.5 or higher out of a possible score of 10. Mosaic Software was acquired by S1 Corporation in 2004.
