Within the taskforce, I work together with other experienced professionals on various deliverables such as whitepapers, cases and events that allow people working in the media industry to increase their knowledge in his/her field.The (online) video market has grown enormously in a short time, but compared to other media channels, it has only just begun. In terms of maturity, big steps still need to be taken, whereby quality and gaining attention (attention economy) are hot topics.By taking the quality of (local) content, data and tech as a basis and offering uniformity, the Video Taskforce wants to bring TV and online video ever closer together. By working intensively with other VIA members and conducting research, the Taskforce wants to develop a new, shared truth in which brand safety, scale and local identity are the building blocks for a total video future. In this, we focus on transparent, qualitative total video verification and innovation.
