IT für Beta maṣāḥǝft: Manuscripts of Ethiopia and Eritrea "Die Schriftkultur des christlichen Äthiopiens: Eine multimediale Forschungsumgebung"

For the Europeana network of Ancient Greek and Latin Epigraphy Best Practice Network (EAGLE BPN), I deal with data harmonization (we aggregate 1,500,000 datasets about ancient inscriptions), data architecture, vocabularies management, wiki related projects and user engagement. I also collaborate on social media engagement and dissemination activities, as well as on publications. I manage three working groups, a consortium of more than forty institutions around the world, two subcontractors and a team of local students. I organize international events from planning to editing of proceedings. As the Networking Coordinator I manage and maintain relationships with our numerous partners and work to expand our network of contacts. I am a founding member of Rodopis. For this cultural association I looked for funding, established cooperations with institutions and maintained the website and blog. I organized events and educational trips to Greece, Cyprus and Turkey for large University groups. I set up the internal workflows still in use. Since 2008 Rodopis has grown from a group of three people to an international association with more than sixty annual members, with a variety of activities and events across Italy related to ancient history. I carried out a research project on Ancient Greek Historiography, mainly on Herodotus, oral traditions and biographies. My presentations and publications are available on my Academia.edu profile.

I dealt with the digitalization and preparation of texts and study materials for disabled students, I provided study support, technical assistance, exams assistance and e-tutoring. I also contributed to the work of the office writing projects and preparing grant proposals. I specialized in complex cases which required the use of multiple assistive technologies and methodologies, very strong networking and good team work.

I supported the Coordinator of the European project DIANA in the administration of the team locally and internationally, dealing with all the IT and communication aspects and especially with monitoring and report writing.

I helped in the vegetable garden at Grow 2 Grow and I developed a Business Plan for a dairy social enterprise.

I worked on Epidoc project Inscriptions of Roman Cyrenaica.

For Voli I worked as a registered licensed projectionist for 16, 35mm film and digital projections in open air cinemas. I started as a Junior Projectionist and moved on to support the organization of multiple open air cinemas from set up to procurement and maintenance of materials and management of customer and location requirements. I worked for the start up and day-to-day operation of two new multifunctional auditoria dealing with all aspects of these projects from planning to technical and organizational as well as event management, tickets, health and safety and budget management.
