- Liaise with different stakeholders on a daily basis (Clients, Front Office Team, ING HUB Slovakia teams,KYC OPS, Compliance, Tax Officer & more)- Communicate and explain the KYC requirements to stakeholders and clients so they can understand what and why do we need them.- Collect, review, and ensure completeness of the provided documents on time for Customer Due Diligence.- Store the documentation and data in internal tools, in line with regulatory and internal bank requirements (including FATCA, CRS, ESR, MIFID)- Support and guide Front Office colleagues on KYC initiatives of the Bank and general KYC / AML requirements- Control, monitor and report KYC progress for the Wholesale Banking activity (Local & ING HUB)

- Strategic and commercial development in the B2B area of a large and diversified portfolio of sellers on the Amazon Business EU marketplace to increase overall sales- Mediation, negotiation, and coordination of RFQ between sellers and business customers- Selling of invoicing solutions to businesses and post-sale support- Identification of new sellers with potential products selection to enhancethe offering on Amazon Business- Exploring of new external opportunities among solution providers for enabling APIs on Amazon Business, aiming at improving overall sellers workflow- Participation in ad hoc projects and collection of feedbacks/criticism to contribute to the overall improvement of the Seller Experience- Presentation and coordination of seller-facing live webinars

- Classifying and retrieving Amazon's catalog information to improve B2B customers buying experience on Amazon Business EU.- Overviewed and tested new classification methodologies and processes through internal tools to optimize time-productivity efficiency.- Assisting Program Managers in Amazon Business classification methodologies between EU, JP and US. - Responsibile for audit verification methodologies.- Responsible for new hires onboarding buddy for learning and development.
