I have gained experience in ICT projects in complex IT systems. I have good ability to manage diversified problems within the projects, focusing me on each steps of the life cycle of a software, from design to release in production.I am specialized in Open-Source technologies, which are prevalent in IT sector, and last years in Cloud technologies, in particular Azure of Microsoft, Platform as a Service, Connected Platforms as a Service, Microservices.In these years I have been in contact with different clients, both private and public, with whom I have had the opportunity to increase my skills in relationships, group work, and problem-solving.My strengths can be summarized in:1. Analytical, andI believe I am a person able to evaluate and analyze problems so as to be able to make decisions or choices useful for achieving a goal. During my carrier I have vested skills that helped me to valorize each people my team, bringing out the best in them. This is possible beacause I have I think a good capacity to relate to me with people, creating a strong empathy and links, that sometimes turn into new friendships. I think that if the team works with the awareness of its own means, it is possible to reach great goals and satisfactions even in the cases in which there are situation hight stress.
