Senior electrical engineer (Supélec) with more than 25 years of experience, mainly in the metallurgy sector, I have obtained an engineering diploma (Master of Science) in power system management.My experience in operation and project management in various countries allowed me acquire strong skills for project development, team management and working with multicultural people.Some of my achievements include all the phases of project management from pre-feasibility study to installation, commissioning and start-up, as well as operation. I worked with several engineering companies to achieve operational readiness and ramp-up. Excellent knowledge of heavy process operation and technology transfer management.I have extended experience in project such as commissioning and operation representative, which includes, leading operation readiness activities in Montreal for all major projects. I also worked on an expatriation assignment in South Africa for the Coega Project. I’m presently an independent Consultant for my own company called PMS Project Management Support.
