- Managed a team of eight analysts who worked across three different shift to ensure 24 X 5 client coverage- The team was responsible for addressing client queries and concerns related to index methodologies, fundamental data, constituent changes and corporate actions. This involves assigning a country of classification and security type for every investment in the data set using publicly available information. Eligibility for the index universe is then determined based on these classifications.- Responsible for the maintenance of the entire suite of Morningstar ESG indexes which focused on selecting companies that faced the least risk from Environmental, Societal and Governance factors. Worked with the custom ESG Risk datapoint published by the firm 'Sustainalytics'.

- Index Owner of several headline Morningstar indexes including the Morningstar Dividend Yield Focus Index which is tracked by the iShares Core High Dividend ETF having assets of more than $6.8 Bn.- Was responsible for maintaining several index families such as the US Size and Style Indexes, ESG Indexes etc.- Collaborated with clients to modify methodologies based on their requirements and analyzed the impact of such changes- Acted as the key Business Analyst on the project to automate portfolio construction in an event driven architecture.- Member of the team created to tackle an opportunity for one of the biggest pension funds in the world. Was involved in all phases of the project from analyzing base data, collaborating with other teams during ideation, creating and evaluating multiple strategies to filling out the final RFP.- Provided feedback on the new methodology from a maintenance perspective. Cut down turnaround time from Methodology finalization to Index launch by 50%.- Product Owner for the Ops Dashboard. Created a platform that effectively conveyed the file delivery status of incoming and outgoing files along with other relevant metrics. The tool greatly enhanced operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
