Responsibility includes leading the team for maintaining existing Partners network, development of new partnership, facilitate innovative program design and implementation in location other than Rajasthan. Support in the supervision and management of the implementaion of Women empowerment , livelihood ,Education, and Heath initiatives by the Ground Partners (NGOs and CBOs) in 22+ states in India .Also engage into network and advocacy with Donors, CSOs, state and non state actors.

The liansion Office of ‘The Hope Foundation’ in Kolkata works on protection of rights of children( specially children living in streets and slums of kolkata),ensure better health,education, skill building and prevent sexual abuse, violence and exploitation of children. The office manages projects in kolkata and adjoining district in West-bengal.

The South Asia Regional Office of Groupe Developpment in Kolkata works on protection of rights of children to prevent sexual abuse, violence and exploitation of children. The office manages project in India and Bangladesh.

Don Bosco Ashalayam works on protection of rights of children to prevent sexual abuse, violence and exploitation of children spefially street and railway children.

West Bengal with the support of ‘Thadani Foundation’; USA, ‘Human development centre’ works on promoting services of physical and mental helath, protection of rights, specially rights of children and women, to prevent sexual abuse, violence and exploitation and rural development,

with the support of ‘GOAL- Ireland ’.‘Tonmorrows Foundation’ works on promoting education(both forrmal and non formal) and physical and mental helath services, protection of rights, specially rights of children and women in slums, street and redlight areas of kolkata.
