Open to learn new things as well as share my knowledge.Job Profile & Responsibilities :• Responsible for research and screening candidates for various job roles across the Asia Pacific Region & Europe.• Industries Covered – Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Automation, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, IT etc.• Extensive worked on different portals• Demonstrated ability to utilize multiple sourcing tools (i.e. databases, social networking, independent research, etc.) • Having good judgment sufficient to analyze job requirements and determine candidates’ abilities in order to refer qualified candidates• Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team-based environment• Knowledge of researching passive candidates, including experience in market mapping.• Conducts initial resume screen to identify and refer qualified candidates to the assigned recruiter and schedule phone screens and/or on-site interviews of screened candidates with a lead recruiter• Responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system to reflect complete, accurate, and up to date data for candidate and job files• Build pipeline of active and passive candidates by utilizing various methods, including creating research strategies and market mapping• CV Sourcing• Client Management• Checking with Client whether they are comfortable with the job description & try to get the best market price from the consultants• Responsible for name generation through telephone and internet research
