Area Communications Manager
As part of Sales and Marketing team, responsible for the communications of The Opposite House, a luxury boutique hotel:• Strengthening hotel image and reputation via external communication in alignment with branding. • Creating an annual PR plan with monthly actions for marketing and communications via cross-functional engagement with the executive management team on daily basis. • Bilingual copywriting for media release, receiving local and international media visit and maintaining close relationships with them, managing budget for media buy.• Managing the work of outside vendors to ensure design and brand standards.• Developing extensive liaisons with other brands of complementary services for mutual promotional events, e.g. BMW, Paul Smith, Lanvin, Valrhona, Jo Malone, Balenciaga etc.• Assisting the launch of new restaurants and bars through PR activities and events. • Managing Email marketing plan and official account on local social media platform.
