JDSU had a platform that allowed us to perform remote tests, the whole team was working at the same location under my supervision. While managing 8 team members, I’ve provided all the technical support and trained all the team members on the technical and business aspects about international roaming. I kept a weekly follow up with Vivo’s manager and a monthly reporting meeting with Vivo’s director. Within the period of the service we have achieved the target in numbers of international roaming agreements for Voice, GPRS, CAMEL and 3G all the three times. All of this was only possible due a strong team work following procedures that were created from scratch that help to guide the recently formed team to success in the results.

My last department was on the DCN network supporting the technicians in the field for cisco routers and providing O&M support for Santa Catarina state, conducting survey of the entire network structure.
