Working closely with the top management and the administration team I facilitate the organization's talent development strategy, lead and drive a high-performance culture.We have 100 people in three offices in Finland (Helsinki, Tampere, Joensuu) and we're doing our best to keep our people happy and delivering top quality to our customers.

Focused on the recruitments, execution and talent management for the up-skilling program at Nordcloud, which is a global on-boarding project to hire and re-train talent. During my time at Nordcloud the program managed to re-train +50 people in 8 different countries. Worked closely with local business stakeholders and took initiative in the program development.

Assisting in staffing, recruitments and HR processes; for example interviewing candidates and choosing suitable applicants, making phone interviews and writing job advertisements, work contracts and references. In addition, the role included a lot of different HR and payroll admin tasks.I was working mostly part-time during my master's studies, then got promoted to a fulltime Recruitment Consultant role.
