­Purchasing stock for company – Sourcing of material from various suppliers / generating of purchase orders / Following up on delivery.­Receiving of stock from suppliers – GRV of stock on the system / following up on discrepancies on invoices / Credit Notes. – Sage Evolution­Issuing stock to Technicians – Capturing of technicians and installers requests for material against relevant jobs / generating requisition and issue documents for stock on the system. ­Maintaining stock levels – Checking stock in stores daily and keeping stock quantity at required amount.­Reception (relieving receptionist) – Answering of switchboard / Greeting of customers and reps / Ordering of all Stationery and office consumables / Filing of all documents

Key Roles & Accountabilities: ­Purchasing of stock for stores, project dept and service dept - Sourcing of material from various suppliers, generating of purchase orders and following up on delivery.­Receiving of stock from suppliers - GRV of stock on the system and following up on discrepancies on invoices and credit notes.­Issuing stock to Technicians - Capturing of technicians and installers requests for material against relevant jobs / generating requisition and issue documents for stock on the system. ­Maintaining stock levels - Checking stock in stores daily and keeping stock quantity at required amount.­Doing monthly stock take - Generating stock sheets from the system and inputting stock count on the system ­Maintaining work orders - Opening job cards and projects on the system, issuing of stock, closing of job cards when project or job is complete and sending to accounts dept for invoicing­Liaising with customers - Taking customers calls and handing queries, forwarding to relevant dept and assigning techs to relevant call outs ­Reception (relieving receptionist) - Answering of switchboard, greeting of customers and reps, ordering of all stationery and office consumables and siling of all documents­Vehicle and tool checks - Done on a weekly basis, booking in of vehicles for servicing and repairs, booking in of tools to be repaired and serviced

­Clerical responsibilities­Supervising of security: doing rosters, etc­Managing Cleaners­Managing of the Maintenance Team ­Overseeing the parking – Zeag system­In charge of visitors to the building­Screening new tenants for the building­Ordering maintenance and cleaning material and stock control of the material­Ordering stationery for the different departments­Scheduling weekly meetings with management and taking minutes­Sending weekly reports on staff and lodgers to head officeManaging of construction/building stores.­Helping with drawing up of programmes for the construction of the different floors.­Ordering, receiving and despatching of stock­Stock control and Asset control ­Managing student residence – 1500 students­Administration for the Student Housing – Housing students from ­UKZN and MUT– Liaising with the university regarding housing for Students.
