Jennifer Nicely is an established real estate professional and passionate educator with a deep-rooted love for the industry since 2004. Jennifer is an engaging speaker, successful author, and entrepreneur. Her expertise has been shared through her school, Pinnacle Real Estate Academy, founded in 2012, where she supervises all aspects from curriculum creation to actual instruction.Licensed by the Real Estate Commissions of South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia, Jennifer actively serves on multiple committees and boards. She has been part of Sea Haven's Board of Directors since 2014, helping homeless youth, and is Director on the Board of the National Real Estate Educators Association. In 2022, she established South Carolina's first Women’s Council of Realtors, rapidly becoming the second largest Network in the country. Alongside her achievements, Jennifer is accredited for creating the national Real Estate Educator’s Library and hosts a weekly TV show, "Getting Real with Real Estate". She was honored with the Realtor Image Award in 2022.Completing a seven-year apprenticeship with a top real estate team and studying marketing at UNC Charlotte, Jennifer holds multiple designations such as GSI, CDEI, ABR, e-Pro, SPS, and C2EX.Apart from her flourishing career, Jennifer dedicates time to serve her community. Every year, she coordinates volunteers to provide Thanksgiving meals for the Boys and Girls Club and Sea Haven, and organizes a School Supply Drive for children in need. She also volunteers for the Special Needs Family Fun Day annually. Jennifer enjoys investing in real estate and property management in her free time and is a passionate scuba diver and world traveler.
