🔹Responsibilities: ▪️ managing the Group: Konstancin-Zdrój Health Resort, Nałęczów Health Resort▪️ restructuring and reorganization of group development activities and work▪️ supervising the work of the legal department and the management office▪️ supervision over the work of the financial, administration, sales, HR, IT departments▪️ shaping a financial policy that effectively supports the implementation of the company's strategy▪️ responsible for the proper implementation and integration of IT systems and operational tools▪️ procedural support in the implementation of investments carried out by the company▪️ assessment of the effectiveness of investment projects with recommendations of actions▪️ supervision over the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements▪️ preparation of analyses and reports supporting the company's operational activity▪️ obtaining financing to implement investments and other strategic initiatives

🔹Responsibilities: ▪️ managing the Group: Konstancin-Zdrój Health Resort, Nałęczów Health Resort▪️ restructuring of the company - financial, operations and HR departments▪️ stabilization of the company's financial liquidity, obtaining financing (issue of bonds)▪️ optimization of financial structures, planning and management of the company's budget▪️ representing the company in front of the owner and the Supervisory Board

🔹Responsibilities: ▪️ company management (responsibility for all business lines)▪️ direct management and control of the financial department (including staff)▪️ operative and advisory role in the restructuring process of the company▪️ shared responsibility for creating and implementing the company's development strategy▪️ identification of possible improvements in processes, procedures and IT systems▪️ implementing initiatives aimed at analyzing and optimizing the company's results▪️ ongoing control and analysis of the company's financial situation, recommending solutions▪️ preparation of business and financial reports, financial liquidity management

🔹Responsibilities:▪️ building a consolidated reporting system in the PZU Group from scratch▪️ supervision over investment management (back office) of the entire PZU group▪️ implementation and modification of IT systems in the entire PZU group▪️ implementation of Solvency II and IFRS requirements in the PZU group▪️ keeping accounting books in accordance with the regulations▪️ preparation of financial statements (WSE, KNF, IFRS, NBP, GUS)▪️ participation in the company's privatization project▪️ content supervision over Shared Service Centers

🔹Responsibilities: ▪️ control and implementation of projects adjusting reporting to the stock exchange requirements▪️ implementation and modification of IT systems (digitization and automation of processes)▪️ supervision over the preparation of materials and participation in the process of auditing reports▪️ cooperation with the management board, accounting, controlling departments, and business teams

🔹 Responsibilities: ▪️ department work reorganization (optimization of internal processes)▪️ determining the bank's tax burdens (CIT, VAT), managing the effective tax rate
