- Planning a recovery in critical areas of operations, in particular critical infrastructure, during a crisis situation;- Creating IT Continuity and Business Continuity Planning documentation;- Supporting, knowledge sharing and mentoring with recovery teams during DR Tests; - Identifying potential threats in DR process;

- Developing and maintaining the ITSCM process in accordance with the overall business continuity management requirements.- Supporting the ITSCM Plan execution during the invocation and restoring the service back to normal operating conditions- Following the ITSCM process as defined for the customer. Write and manage all DR documentation according the defined processes. - Create the Disaster Recovery Exercise Scope & Objectives documents, the Disaster Recovery Exercise Plans and the Disaster Recovery Exercise Results (DRER) documents- Request and coordinate technical resources at the responsible GDC to participate at DRE meetings and to execute DREs- Cooperation with Project Managers in coordination of T&T process for new customer.

Product development. Sales strategies, market study, competition and customer preferences analysis. Technical support in collaboration with design offices and other units related to the investment and construction site;
