• Define and seek new business opportunities and coordinate complex after sales projectsneeded for profitable development• Act on behalf of the customer internally within Vestas to ensure that Vestas deliver on thecustomers’ business case, which will include communication with planning department,technicians and other stakeholders• Calculate and follow up on cost and profitability of service contracts as well as negotiatesales if additional service• Create and secure administrative routines with new or existing customers• Actively participate in the hand overs of new wind parks from sales and construction• Handle daily customer communications

- Interface between CSP and TPV / TPVision on: Process related Items, Product related items, Parts related items, Financial items (NSEs / CNs / scraps),- Weekly business reviews on TAT & NPS (Net Promoter Score) with CSPs.- Summarize the feedback, PDCA, follow up on corrective actions, ASP’s performance results reporting,- Reporting, setting and supervising of daily and monthly results of contracted CSP/ASP/ASD (KPI).

• Coordination of project implementation for several strategic customers: Kongsberg, BoschRexnord, Jost-Rockinger, Wacker Neuson for over 10 mln euro• Excellent customer feedback. Individual approach and budgeting.• Handling of tender processes, quoting, analysis of contracts• Project management, targets in tight time frames.• Preparation and execution of project budgets.• Logistics of services, coordination of freight deliveries.• Organize and lead meetings between suppliers and key customers – steel delivery,• Negotiation with suppliers, analysis of supplier contracts• Coordination of several departments; purchase, technical, forge, mechanical and qualitydepartment for the new products.

- Direct basic office management functions, include technical and functional supervision of others. - Plan and execute store events like communications meetings, preparing business trips - Negotiation with customers, customer service. - Contacts with suppliers, analysis of supplier contracts, research. - Development and implementation of project operational plans. KPI tracking.

Support to prepare special documents along with reports in data information collection area. - organizing meetings and conferences

Monitor and evaluate all purchase order claims and ensure compliance to all company regulations. - Oversee all supply contracts and design required policies and supplies. - Analyze all future requirements for projects and design all order products to ensure achievement of all sales objectives
