Every year I teach 8-10 classes on effective marketing, brand implementation, strategy, social media and project management, putting emphasis on measurable effects. My method is laid-back in teacher-to-student approach but strict in the work ethos. My goal is to let students use workshops from classes in real-life workplace situations. I encourage teamwork, initiative and ownership.

I started defY as a video production company but lately forayed mostly into marketing & strategy consulting. I help brands produce killer marketing, nail their product communication and leverage content that, finally, won't be a waste of your time and resources. In terms of video, we still have a knack for delving into the crux of the matter, identifying key stories and emotions, and subsequently crafting bespoke, impactful advertising. As a pirate band of freelancers we've had the opportunity to work on numerous ads, music videos, $50k+ short films, and even a Hollywood production set to premiere in November 2023

Since 2016, we've transformed the style of thousands of men as our side gig. We organically generated over 6M views on YouTube and millions more across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and led successful publishing of two books with over 10,000 copies sold. During the 7 years we collaborated with top-tier brands such as Zalando, Braun, and Sonos, enhancing brand visibility and driving market impact.

During my university years, I joined Publicon in a creative role, also partaking in event organization. I worked on coordinating several large-scale events for major companies and corporations, serving 500+ attendees each, including dignitaries like the President of Poland. Concurrently, I continued to inject creative support across the company through ideation processes and writing and directing the Mobile Vikings ad spot "They Live #nolimit". I moved on to explore new horizons, yet frequently returned for brief periods to lend support to the team.
