I started my career as QA Engineer in 2016, in mean time I have taken part of multiple projects from typical maintenance and little development to newly delegated team to create entirely new feature from a scratch.In last two years I had opportunity to expand my skills and take position of Lead QA. I like to be the voice of quality that is focused on continuous improvement, helping the team adapt and optimize in order to succeed and to help identify, line up and reduce bottlenecks from the project.To achieve that on day-to-day basis I feel responsible for the designing and implementation of test plans, automated tests as well as documenting actual results so whole team understands and participates in more mature quality culture.
