- Reporting production times, all numbers related with picking department and scores of staff to managementl;- Fixing and troubleshooting of PDAs (software issues, maintenance, replacing faulty modules, screens);- Fixing and troubleshooting of laser printers and thermal printers (replacing faulty parts, maintenance);- Assignment of staff to different tasks based on demand;- Monitoring of staff, providing tools and overall assistance to staff, reporting issues to management;- Arrangement of special orders (quality assurance and packing);- Communication with colleagues from different sites, mostly through emails; - Arrangement of replacements and returns;- Taking some responsibilities of Team Leader when he is not available;- Occasional inventory checks.

- Using and maintaining MJP 3D Systems 3D Printer;- Using, troubleshooting, testing and maintenance of DLP 3D Printer;- Testing new materials in DLP 3D printer, adjustment of various settings of printer to make materials usable with it;- Using CAD/CAM software;- Customer service through e-mail and phone;- Scanning objects to obtain stl files;- Basic 3D modeling (to prepare file for 3D printing if necessary);- Post-processing of printed items
