Current• Fundraising operations leadership: Manage 2-3 Development Operations specialist staff; track progress against revenue goals across departments; develop budget forecast with revenue projections for current and future years.• Relationship support: Oversee prospect research; coordinate gifts and provide tax acknowledgment letters to donors and their financial representatives; assign prospects and donors to fundraising staff and oversee prospect management function; advise on relationship management as requested.• IT coordination: Represent donor-centric fundraising priorities in IT project planning; test new functions in CRM/AMS (NetForum) and FMS (NetSuite); identify design issues and errors based on big data review; set up reports and query data.• Finance coordination: Oversee gift entry; provide guidance during monthly cash resolution, assuring appropriate treatment for restricted & unrestricted gifts; establish and document business rules for new systems; offer training.
