Heading up the Marketing planning and execution for the Hambrooks Group of companies . The role involves strategy, planning, and implementation of 4 marketing plans covering Hambrooks Landscaping, Garden Maintenance, Garden Centre and Landscaping supplies business.

Developed a strategic business plan for a newly established physiotherapy business looking to grow. Subsequently provided a marketing plan and ongoing freelance business and marketing support for the company as required.

As the Managing Director, I led the design, manufacture, and installation of glass geodesic domes for domestic, commercial, and educational markets in the UK and worldwide for over 15 years. With a passion and proven track record for innovation and generating business growth, I secured an international patent for our geo-lok nodal system in 2022 and achieved UKCA accreditation for our engineering products.In my multifaceted role, I assumed responsibility for critical aspects of the business, including human resources, top-level financial decisions, sales, marketing, business process improvement, quality assurance, and production management. This breadth of experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic decision-making.Key Achievements • Grew the business from a 1 man band to a professionally run SME with over 10 employees.• Acted as Marketing Director - overseeing all strategic marketing activities and direction. Roke was a Siemens R&D company. This was a new marketing role set up to support the new company structure.
