All courses are followed up by one on one coaching and training with the team.Worked with PULSE Healthcare delivering training courses such as 'Managing Conflict' and 'Effective time management'Working closely with managers to ensure the training provided matches all expectations.One to one coaching sessions with training delegates once the course is completed.In 2014 I was one of the associates that worked on an extensive piece of research into high achieving working mothers - "Keeping Women In". The reports findings have lead to the development of the application Open Blend Method.
