Off the Piste is a branch of TUI travel, which specialises in university ski tripsResponsibilities• Travelling to coach departure point in the UK and ensuring clients reach the resort safely • Take registration/check in upon arrival in resort and showing clients their accomodation• Conduct room rounds in the evening keeping clients up to date with any information needed for the coming night and day• Resolve any issues clients may have• Cash management and auxiliary sales in resort• Restaurant bookings and in-resort event management• Ensure clients reach lessons on time in the morning• Night duty to resolve any issues clients may encounter in the resort or hotel• Attend daily rep meetings • Oversee check out and key collection• Travelling back to the UK with the clients ensuring they have a smooth and comfortable journeySkills Acquired • Exceptional social skills• Excellent leadership and management skills• Problem solving abilities• Highly motivated• Public speaking• Organised and prepared to keep up to date with paperwork in resort
