- Assisting General Manager and Assistant Manager to handle all paper work;- Timely reports to General Manager every Monday;- Supporting General Manager to cooperate with partners (business meeting, presentation)- Applying work pass such as EP, S-pass, Dependent Pass, Work Permit, Work Pass Exempt for foreigner workers;- Applying work permit in various countries (Vietnam, Malaysia, Ghana, China, Indonesia, etc.)- Applying Business visa for employee who need to work overseas;- Finding accommodation, providing transportation for workers, booking of flights;- Drafting and issuing contract for employee which based on remuneration packages from Client;- Comprehensive insurance protection, Medical benefits (WICA, BUPA, H&S);- Compiling Timesheet from contract employee at the end of every month and remitting to their bank account; timing salary payment in Singapore;- Receiving and checking Claim form from contract employee for their reimbursement;- Submitting IRAS, tax settlement in various countries; Doing calculation of income tax for employee for work for project in oversea; Handling CPF for Singaporean and PRs;- Supplying Manpower services, solving global companies HR requirements, providing a turnkey suites of personalised HR Concierge services, is being a sub-contractor of many Client for many projects such as: o Yinson Production Pte Ltd (latest successful project: Yinson Genesis vessel in Singapore – onshore at Keppel Shipyard then sailing to Ghana – offshore under John Agyekum Kufuor)o ENI, PTSC Vietnam, Chalmer, RINAo EST (Engineering Ship Technology Pte Ltd) – Kaombo Norte and Kaobo South Project in Sembawang Shipyardo Yinson Clover Ltd – CRD Project in Vietnam (Ca Rong Do)o Yinson Lavender Ltd – Helang (Layang) Project in Shanghai- Ship management: Assist in representing vessels flying the Singapore flag, on all matters dealing with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore;
