Be the GOLD (Global Operation Leadership Development) as many positions:- 5/2015 to 11/2015: Process Engineer of Digital Department for 1st rotation+ To develop and apply kitting process for digital to reduce downtime+ To provide downtime daily/weekly analysis and work with digital supervisor for improvement action plan + To relocation Digital department to new factory, 5S layout for machine operation, raw material process and spare part management+ To establish training program for new Digital operator and ensure new operator can operate machine independently after 6 months- 11/2015 - 5/2016: Process Engineer of Flyweave department+ To set up new weaving progarm from development stage with Italy design team to bulk production stage, and involve in solving customer complaint+ To standardize quality control process, including documentation, SOP and OPL training, color variation controlling process+ To support production manager in managing all operation and production related aspects of the factory, improving operation metric (UEE, scrap, reliability...)- 5/2016 - 2/2017: Project Coordinator - Process Engineer of Heat Transfer Label+ To prepare, monitor and control the budget whilst, coordinating with the relevant parties to ensure the achievement of investment phase II+ To coordinate to set up new AGHD quality product line, involving in machine transferring, TPM, SOP documentation, operator training and color management process optimization+ To set up and create awareness on 5S/ Andon and furniture purchasing, implement safety and health procedure in factory+ To manage lab room for production, monitor resources and prepare for inhouse testing process, RBO audit+ To coordinate with related department for new item development process, contribute to the new item deployment and handle technical issue in sampling/ mass production stage - 03/2017 - Current: Component Weaving – Acting Assistant Production Manager
