Rota's, holiday planning, training, shrink, waste, reductions, seasonal events and seasonal ordering. An eye for (retail) detail was key and I was never afraid to go off-plan where required. Knowing my client and local customer base, helped ensure the products I stocked (and where we merchandised them) meant the greatest return on our displays and man power.
