Managing entire HR Operations from hire-to-retire for Zscaler India employees including offer letter generation, pre-onboarding, onboarding, documentation, background check, employment verification, promotions, transfers, job and personal data changes, off-boarding2. Taking care of Group Health Insurance enrolment, managing employee queries related to insurance 3. Ensuring new hires have world class onboarding experience 4. Responsible for training of new hire in HR Operations team 5. Responsible for ensuring HRIS (SAP Successfactors) is up-to-date at all times 6. Provide support for systems data audits and communicate required changes to IT, Payroll, and other departments as and when needed7. Ensure timely and error-free delivery of monthly payroll inputs (bonus, merit, awards, exit cases, LOP etc.) 8. Address queries of employees pertaining to company policies, ESPP, RSU, leave, payroll, insurance, PF, other benefits etc. via ServiceNow ticketing tool, email, chat9. Work on the HR automation projects for process improvement and make the most effective use of existing HR tools 10. Partner with Global HR Operations in delivering a world-class employee experience 11. Working closely with HRBPs on termination, merit, job role change, department transfer cases 12. Liaising with vendors and ensuring proper filing of statutory related documents on time 7. Ensure to complete exit formalities smoothly, i.e. IT and Admin formalities, exit interviews, documentation 8. Preparing full and final settlement for exit employees
