Ultimately responsible for achievement of project objectives, including gaining customer acceptance Share responsibility with the other SDMs and Management to improve the process for overall on-time provisioning, testing and hand-over of services to customers. Maintaining all MIS Reports, which help the commercial team for billing purpose, also help the TOP Management for taking up the decisions. Submit weekly tracker with the Customer on the progress of the project. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery and also fulfilling organization goals Allocating particular activity to respective stakeholder and updating the customer for progress of the project by periodic project review and meetings
