Project Management - Responsible for initiation, scheduling, portfolio management, status reporting, pipeline forecasting and demand management. Accountable for financial reporting, approvals, process, compliance and post implementation reviews. Consulted on scope validation, prioritisation, resource allocation and negotiation. Informed on operational status, change and incident managementRisk Management - Conducting joint Risk Assessment; in order to decide on mitigation and contingency plans. Conducting Security Vulnerability Assessment to deploy preventive measures.Vendor Management – Efficiently running the delivery through on-shore and offshore model with a positive approach. Resource management through demand planning, negotiation and lending or borrowing BAU resources.Stakeholder Management - Regular reporting and communication with GMs, SME and business representatives for demand planning, prioritisation and approvals. Efficiently running the scope change governance and control board with business representatives. Weekly reporting via EPM, Monthly Dashboards, Estimates v/s Actuals, YTD tracking.Financial Reporting - Validate estimates received from vendors based on technical expertise and business (security) knowledge. Predict a strong pipeline of changes for financial planning, regulatory approval and forecasting over the next 5 years. Perform financial tracking for small enhancements and projects as well as undertake team performance management in a civil manner.
