I have worked closely with Brands such as Bata India, Vishal, Kama Ayurveda, and Blackberrys.My responsibilities as Sr. Executive, Customer Success includes:- Understanding Client's needs and getting involved with them to devise strategies that help their Business Grow- Coordinating among various teams such as Analytics, Tech to ensure that the needs of the clients are fulfilled in the best manner- Figure the problematic areas for the Client and suggest them solutions backed by Data and learning from the past- Make the clients aware of the latest advancements in Capillary's Products and understanding when and where they fit in- Managing the Operations side of the Business from Configurations to Monthly Business Presentation and keeping a track of the Business and the Key Performance Indicator's.- Look at the activities of the Customer Support Team and ensure that they are addressing the Technical issues well
