Within this role, I owned the Salesforce program development at Saasguru - a Squarepeg backed edtech startup based in Sydney, Australia. I was responsible for curating the Administrator & Platform App Builder courses, increasing the engagement with learners and setting the cadence for live training.– Optimised the Salesforce Administrator certification course that led to a 150+% increase in signups within the first month of release & 2.5x increase in subscriptions.– Lead training for B2B & B2C cohorts (~25 learners) on multiple Salesforce products like Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Platform Developer-1.– Ideated and ownership of a slack community for learner engagement that grew to over 7.5k users in 5 months.– Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create high-fidelity prototypes & testing iterative platform enhancements to improve the learner experience.– Assist marketing & sales teams in product promotional activities by leading Q&A sessions (~100 participants) and creating sales artefacts.
