Build teams around motivated individuals is my daily mantra.Having just over 18 years of experience in the industry and have donned various roles earlier, I understand that software development is a complex job. And when the job is complex there is no easy solution to it. When I was introduced to Scrum about ten years ago, I was very naive to adapting to it. However, over the years I have seen it work for the teams and myself. I truly believe that it is the most powerful implementation of Agile values and principles. The knowledge and experiences I have gathered about Agile and Scrum in past years helps me to be a facilitator, coach, mentor and trainer for teams.My passion for agility and Scrum keeps taking me places. I love speaking about agile, scrum and related aspects. I also impart training on agile, scrum so that teams, POs and leadership can embrace agility and use it for their advantage.When I am not discussing Scrum, I prefer to read books, listen music, play badminton and spend time with family.
