I have invented or significantly influenced 24 unique products, 16 of which I have brought to production in collaboration with Asian developers and contract manufacturers. My innovations draw in part from the relevant technologies and construction methods from these projects, along with exposure to an abundance of benchmarked products; however, my most potent inspirations come during cross-functional brainstorms or when I least expect it from life outside of work. I excel in the simplification of electro-mechanical systems so they are elegant, robust, cost-effective and as simple as possible. My recent product redesigns realized a 20% weight reduction and 30% increase in container load quantity, all while implementing customer experience improvements and capturing manufacturing efficiencies. I am a passionate and effective cross-functional team leader, helping organizations turn their good ideas into truly ingenious products. I am looking to join or build an advanced development team who will be willing to push the envelope and challenge the status quo of typical solutions to today’s fitness challenges. While exercise solutions are my favorite, I am open to transferring and broadening my skills to serve the mission of another human-centered industry.
